VIKOR is proud to announce that Chairman and Founder Craig Snyder has been named an inductee into the Wireless History Foundation’s 2026 Wireless Hall of Fame.
Craig Snyder, Brian Boyle, Jim Bugel, John E. DeFeo, and Julius Knapp will be formally inducted during the Wireless Hall of Fame Awards Dinner on October 5, 2026, in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
According to the Wireless History Foundation, Snyder is being recognized for his “lifelong leadership in elevating tower safety, standards, and professionalism,” as well as his ability to bridge “hands-on field experience, engineering rigor, and industry advocacy to create a safer, stronger, and more sustainable wireless infrastructure ecosystem.”
Craig founded VIKOR Teleconstruction and helped shape the wireless infrastructure industry through decades of leadership, innovation, and advocacy. Beginning his career as a tower climber while attending college, he carried that field-first perspective throughout his career, contributing to major advancements in tower safety, structural engineering standards, and industry best practices. Craig attributes VIKOR’s success to "the trust and collaboration of our customers and industry peers who have worked alongside us to advance the wireless industry together."
“We are incredibly proud to see Craig receive this honor,” said Jon Eastman, VIKOR CEO. “His commitment to advancing the wireless industry has had a lasting impact on VIKOR, our employees, our customers, and the industry. We are also grateful for the customers and partners who have supported VIKOR over the years and shared in the pursuit of excellence across the wireless ecosystem."
The Wireless History Foundation, established in 2008, preserves and promotes the history of the wireless industry and annually recognizes individuals whose contributions have significantly shaped the evolution of wireless communications.
Please join us in congratulating Craig and the rest of the inductees on their outstanding contributions to the wireless industry.
